This is an all-inclusive group supporting multiple pathways of recovery to educate individuals of the resources available to help them develop a strong foundation to their recovery.

My group is focused on using mindfulness techniques to acknowledge and redirect intrusive thinking. This can be used in everyday life and can be very helpful for people who are dealing with a mental illness or a substance use dependence.
