Family Forums

Loved ones and friends of individuals with addictions are the focus of public meetings

As part of its program in which family members of substance users work with relatives and friends of addicts who wish to help themselves, despite the circumstances, ADDICT 2 ADDICT, FAMILY 2 FAMILY continues to hold public discussions each month in Erie County. The currently scheduled Community Family Forums are listed here.

These events are designed to be inclusive, open discussions of information and available resources, with participants encouraged to bring up any questions they have to the program’s staff members who will facilitate the Forum, in an effort to help them understand their loved ones’ issues. Friends and family members will be encouraged to develop strategies to guide the addicts on the path to recovery. There is no cost to attend the event and addicts themselves are welcome.

Individuals who are READY to choose a path of recovery, and their families and friends, can call the program directly at 716-836-2726. You may have to leave a message and our team will get back to you..

ADDICT 2 ADDICT, FAMILY 2 FAMILY is an outreach of Mental Health PEER Connection, a member of the Western New York Independent Living, Inc. family of agencies that offer an expanding array of services to aid individuals with disabilities to take control of their own lives.
